Lightweight 5.56 Bushmaster XM-15 16"

This 5 pound 9 once beauty is a custom 5.56 NATO caliber gun (also shoots .223 Remington) assembled using a Bushmaster XM15 lower receiver and a lightweight Davidson Defense billet upper receiver.  It has a high quality USA made lower parts kit (by CMMG, Stag Arms, Anderson, or Aero Precision) and features a hammer and trigger that have been polished for a smooth trigger pull and a set of 5# springs installed along with a tactical oversized trigger guard.  It has a 16" 1:7 twist Ballistic Advantage pencil profile lightweight American made barrel with mid length gas system with  1/2-28 threads.  It has a lightweight 15" MLok free float aluminum hand guard from New Frontier Armory. It has a USA made Aero Precision nitride bolt carrier group featuring an 8620 steel carrier and a 9310 steel heat treated and MPI tested bolt. The stock assy is a 6 position MOAB model from Trinity Force with the proper spring and buffer for the 5.56 NATO.   T
